Phased Backlog Maintenance work including fire precautions, M&E services upgrades, HAI-Scribe compliance, floor/wall/ceiling replacement, and general works to ensure compliance with clinical standards. The project has included close liaison with NHS Grampian’s Clinical and Estates Management teams to complete risk analysis and value for money assessments on works to proceed. Whilst the focus of work has been on Backlog issues, inevitably Service Planning has been necessary to address changing clinical requirements and a reconfiguration to suit departmental moves has been incorporated.
